Q: If I’m in between sizes, which sizes should I order?
A: If you would like to wear more tight you could choose the smaller one if you would like to wear more comfortable you could choose the bigger size.

A: Measure the circumference of your thigh 2” above the kneecap(patella).
Q: How do I wash and dry my knee sleeve?
A: You could hand wash gently with mild detergent. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, use fabric softener. You could tumble dry with normal low heat or line dry.
Q: How long should I wear my knee sleeve?
A: Our knee sleeve can be worn all day to relieve knee pain. But we recommended to wear it for 30~60 minutes and take it off for a rest for 10~15 minutes according to your physical condition.
